Agreement with Harbin (China)
In the framework of the institutional mission to China of the City of Turin in 2003 led by Mayor Sergio Chiamparino, an agreement for future cooperation between the two Cities has been signed, especially as regards cultural, social and economical cooperation.

DELEGATIONS
- September 7th-9th 2011: the President of the City Council of the City of Torino Giovanni Maria Ferraris met the Vice President of the People's Congress of Harbin Wang Tieqiang.
- May 13th 2005: A delegation from the City of Harbin, led by the Director for European Affairs Mr Cao Ru was received by representatives of the City of Turin.
MISSIONS
- January 2012 - A delegation of the City of Torino took part in the 28th edition of the China Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival and to the first meeting of the World Cities' Ice and Snow Tourism Council.
