GOEASY

Title: GOEASY – Galileo-based trusted Applications for health and sustainability

Description: The goal targeted by GOEASY is to provide the technical and business foundations to enable a new generation of trusted and dependable mass-market Location-Based Services (LBS) and Applications for engaging, stimulating and rewarding citizens for more sustainable behaviours. This will be done by establishing an open ecosystem built upon unique Galileo features (such as increased trust and improved availability) and leveraging open standards and platforms enablers to federate with existing authentication and e-security services, the Internet of Things (IoT), Smart City and Collective Awareness Platforms (CAPs). GOEASY will design and implement a cloud-based platform able to provide trusted and dependable LBS in mobility to various types of devices (smartphone, IoT devices, etc.) in cross-platform fashion and covering the entire end-to end trust chain – so as to enable new businesses which need to rely on dependable position information.
