Description: The project aims to increase the skills of civil servants in order to improve the integration processes of migrants coming from third countries. Through peer-learning and the exchange of best practices, less experienced cities will develop action plans and policy guidelines and implement new integration policies bringing concrete and immediate benefits to migrants and their receiving communities thanks to the support of more experienced cities.
