Description: the project Probis will involve all phases of a contract of innovation, from the identification of the requirements and needs, to dialogue with the market, the specifications of the functional performances, to the award criteria, to the purely legal and regulatory aspects that a contract innovation must have, as well as the preparation of the relevant documentation. The theme in the study of PPI will be the creation of an Energy Management System (ENMs) for innovative energy management of municipal real estate. It will then launched a tender process and will be implemented in four pilot experiments, of which the results will be evaluated. The trial, in Torino, will be tested on a pilot public building, identified in the municipal building in Via Meucci.
