Description: the project aims at improving the difficult relations between nomad populations and Italian citizens by eliminating cultural barriers and consequently improving the skills necessary for performing services on the spot and qualifying operators who can facilitate relations with nomads. Led by Gruppo SOGES S.p.A., The City of Torino coordinates the action and is the entity which provides subsidies to support income.
