The Art Nouveau European Route is an association established in 2000 with the aim of spreading the knowledge of the Art Nouveau movement in Europe. It is made up of 78 local governments and 64 non-governmental institutions joined together in a collective commitment to develop useful mechanisms for the international promotion and protection of Art Nouveau heritage. The association also fosters the exchange between its members on monument restoration, fundraising strategies and development of sustainable tourism.

The City of Torino joined the network in 2005.
