A delegation led by the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building of the City of Torino Stefano Lo Russo went on a mission to Moscow. The goal of the mission was to discuss of possible cooperation in the field of town planning and to establish some first contacts with the City of Moscow for future visits and exchanges.
