The City of Volgograd, bond to Torino not only for historical reasons but also by a Cooperation Agreement signed in 2011, like every year invited a delegation of the City of Torino to take part in the Celebrations for the conclusion of World War II. The Vice President of the Municipal Council of the City of Torino Gioacchino Cuntrò gave the regards to the Russian city.
