The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino led a territorial promotion mission to Nice. On that occasion on May 30th aLetter of Intents

between the two Cities was signed. 
The event and the signature of the Letter were preceded, on May 29th, by the World Expo Tour, dedicated especially to tour operators and presenting Expo Milan 2015 and all the connected initiatives in Torino.
Later, in the evening of May 30th, in cooperation with Turismo Torino e Provincia, on the occasion of the official celebrations of the Italian Republic Day at Villa Massena in Nice a promotional event was organised to present the calendar of events EXPO-EXTO in the presence of Mayor Fassino, the Mayor of Nice Christian Estrosi and the Consul General of Italy in Nice Serena Lippi. Previously that day the delegation was also received by the Deputy Mayor in charge of Tourism and International Affairs of the City of Nice.
