The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino took part in the first Conference on Metropolitan Governance and Territorial Competitiveness organised by the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. 
The Mayor gave a speech during the round table of Mayors Metropolitan Visions. Competitiveness and social inclusion in metropolitan areas. During the conference the Declaration of the European Metropolitan Autorities 2015 was signed.
