The City of Torino hosted the plenary meeting of the European project MONICA, funded by the H2020 Programme, attended by around 60 delegates representing the 28 European partners. The City of Torino takes part in the project as partner and pilot site with the Kappa FuturFestival and the movida. Paola Pisano, Deputy Mayor in charge of Innovation of the City of Torino, gave a speech the second day of works.
