The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino and the Deputy Mayor in charge of Development, Innovation, Environment, Green and Public Hygiene of the City of Torino Enzo Lavolta met John Tolva, former Director of the Innovation and Technologies Office of Chicago, now President of the Positive Energy Practice company, as well as winner in 2012 of the Innovation Champion of Change award of the White House, on the occasion of an open confrontation on the Smart City issue in front of entrepreneurs, journalists and professionals dealing with such idea of city.
