The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino met a delegation of Kirkuk consisting of the Mayor of the City of Kirkuk Ali Hassan Sardar and the President of the Chamber of Commerce Sabahaladain Mohammed S. Tawfek Al Salihi. During the visit on February 17th the two Mayors signed a Cooperation Agreement in the academic, technical and health fields between the two territories.
