Vice Mayor Michela Favaro met a legation of civil servants and public administrators from the Mancomunidad of Quetzaltenango. Their visit, coordinated by the local NGO MAIS, was carried out in the frame of an international cooperation project funded by the EU promoting a clear, responsible and shared governance.
