The Cities of Torino, Antwerp, Athens, Buenos Aires, Guadalajara, Kuala Lumpur, Ljubljana, Sharjah, Strasbourg, Tbilisi and Wroclaw gathered to officially establish the UNESCO World Book Capital Network, consisting of former, current and future World Book Capitals.
