The UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning in collaboration with the UNESCO Learning City of Yeonsu, Republic of Korea, hosted the fifth International Conference on Learning Cities entitled "From emergency to resilience: Building healthy and resilient cities through learning" also joined by the City of Torino.
