The City of Torino attended in Brussels the first partners meeting of the City-to-City project. Torino was selected by the European Commission Directorate General for Regional Policy for an exchange under the International Urban Cooperation Programme. The programme aims to foster links between European and non European cities on sustainable urban development. In the next two years Torino will be cooperating with the Consorcio ABC, representing seven municipalities in the area of São Paolo in Brazil.
