A delegation of representatives of the network of the civic centres of Torino went to Lyon, that shares with Torino a cooperation agreement signed in 2007, to study how art and nature could be exploited for development and social cohesion in urban centres and working-class districts. The study visit is part of an exchange programme between the citizens of the two cities started in 2012 and aiming at sharing good practices in the field of urban transformations.
