Urban Barriera

Objectives:

> Informing with regular updates on the state of implementation of the activities in program and their results;
> guaranteeing the coordination of interventions;
> encouraging local inhabitants involvement in the program.

Actions: 

Communication
A specific communication plan is conceived in order to keep informed the inhabitants about the implementation of the program and the activities and opportunities in the neighborhood, to stimulate citizens’ participation, to promote the local identity, to support the process of integration of new citizens.
Among the tools adopted (website and social media, works and building site update plaques), one of the most appreciated is the “Corriere di Barriera”,  a monthly magazine distributed in 10.000 copies through all the neighborhood. 

Technical Assistance
Urban Committee is in charge of the management of all activities and the monitoring of their results.

Accompainment And Support Service
The service is a support for PISU, aiming to efficiently promote and coordinate all the activities scheduled. Moreover this service will function as a link between public administration, citizens and other public/private players.
