Objectives:

> Promoting the territory through local cultural actions;

Actions:

Spina 4 Park_art installations
This action is meant to increase the value of the park using aesthetic elements which will help reminding it’s industrial past.

Ex Incet Factory_equipment and start up
Layout planning and set‐up former Incet factory in order to bring to fruition new spaces designed to local associations.

B.ART_Be ARTistic
The project will select, by an international competition, an artistic project to be developed on 13 clearly visible facades through the whole neighborhood.

Barriera Wireless
The project will provide free Internet connection in the main public areas of the neighborhood, in collaboration with schools and commercial activities.

«Cosa succede in Barriera?»
The project is meant to create a network capable of organizing, creating and communicating social-cultural activities for all target groups of the area, through three main actions: a public competition announcement to sustain projects developed by local associations; the lending of tools and facilities to support the organization of activities; the elaboration and diffusion of a monthly calendar with all the social and cultural initiatives in the neighborhood.

Active Citizenship, Integration and Social Cohesion
The project includes 2 areas of action:
> Engaged citizenship, promoting  the volunteering activity of socially vulnerable people (young people, elderly persons, foreign people);
> Living in Barriera, supporting initiatives and actions aiming to help inhabitants from different cultural backgrounds to use and to enjoy together free public spaces.>
