Institute of Applied Art and Design - Torino
The first institute in Italy to offer a course in "Bodywork Architecture", today "Transportation Design", the IAAD was established in 1978 in the capital of industrial design by a group of professionals working in the field of visual communication and product design, and immediately became a point of reference for schools, training organisations and companies.
Since 2005, the top-level post diploma courses (lasting three years) have been officially recognised by the EABHES (European Accreditation Board of Higher Education Schools) for the European Bachelor of Science in Design, which is obtained by accumulating 80 ECTS credits.
