Responsibilities
Preparation of cold and hot dishes according
to recipe (roasts meat, fish and poultry,
vegetables, pastries etc.) ensuring material
consumption as well as optimum quality,
presentation and hygiene, providing the “mise
en place”, preparation of buffets, providing
informations about the composition of the
meals to the guests.
Qualifications
Work experience as a chef, good English and
German skills beneficial but not necessary,
flexibility, commitment and sense of
responsibility.
