The network is composed of 27 city members from 15 countries committed to fighting discrimination and violence against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people and to promoting policies of social inclusion. Members meet once a year, hosted in one of the member cities, to exchange experiences, good practices and reflections and to agree on common initiatives.

The City of Torino has been part of the network since its foundation in 2013.
