December 12th 2003 - City of Munich (Germany)

A delegation from the City of Munich, led by the President of the V District, was received by the President from the VI District of Torino and they discussed the possibility of twinning the two Districts.

November 19th – 20th 2003 - City of Copenhagen (Denmark)

Delegazione dellla Città di Copenhagen (Danimarca)

A delegation from the City of Copenhagen, led by the President of the City Council and formed of Councillors, was received by the Councillors for Education and Social Policies, Culture and Urban Development, to discuss various topics of an institutional nature.

October 29th 2003 - City of Zlin (Czech Republic)

The Deputy Mayor of Torino received a delegation from the City of Zlin led by the Deputy Mayor from the Czech City, with the aim of encouraging possible future exchanges between the two cities. The Czech Republic General Consul to Milano was also present at the meeting.

October 16th – 17th 2003 - City of Stockholm (Germany))

The Mayor received a delegation from the City of Stockholm led by the Mayor of Sindelfingen and comprising Regional Councillors from Baden-Wüttemberg. The meeting was of a political-economical nature.

September 5th – 6th 2003 - City of Cologne (Germany)

The Deputy Mayor from the City of Cologne took part, with the Councillor for Culture of the City of Torino, in the inauguration of the urban installation "Die Unterarme des Po" by the German artist Stefan Resch.

May 9th – 11th 2003 - City of Geneva (Switzerland)

The Councillor for Transport and the Councillor for Public Housing and Suburban Planning of Torino received a delegation of City Councillors from the City of Geneva. In particular, they discussed topics relating to city traffic and housing policies.

April 10th – 11th 2003 - City of Toulouse (France)

The French delegation met representatives of ITP and visited: Centro Ricerche Fiat, Alenia Avio and the Torino Chamber of Commerce.

March 11th - 12th 2003 - Twinning Torino-Glasgow (Scotland - United Kingdom)

Gemellaggio Torino-Glasgow (Scozia-Regno Unito)

The Mayor of Torino and the Lord Provost from the City of Glasgow agreed to the twinning of the two cities.
