Association Friends of the Pietro Micca Museum
The association was founded in 1968 with the purpose of supporting the museum and promoting activities related to the history of Turin and the duchy of Savoy
The members of the association, divided into four groups,
carry out a variety of activities in different areas. The groups are:
-Pietro Micca historical
Group of the city of Turin.
-Guides’ Group:
-Group of search and
archaelogical survey.
-Group of logistic support
Thanks to historical group founded in 1974, the military corps which fought during the battle of Turin, come to life again marching in parade or simulating combat actions.
Old uniforms and equipment are accurately
reproduced, orders are expressed in old French while a military band plays the original music.
