42 restaurants (food and grill) are located in the UK: London Covent Garden, Bristol, Oxford, Farnham, Ascot, Bath Egham, St Albans Chelmsford, Ipswich, Elton, Beaconsfield, Leeds, Pool.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience working in a busy kitchen and cooking diploma; have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills, relevant training and a competitive salary including a share of the gratuities are offered to all successful applicants.
Cooking diploma, have experience in all parts of the kitchen or previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, have high standard of food preparation and be able to monitor the quality of the dishes, have knowledge of all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures, lead and supervise with the head chef that system are in place and adhere to concerning quality control, stock rotation, be a great team player, be passionate about customer service, B1 level of english.
Permanent contract, 40/45 hours per week, commis chef salary £ 6.50 per hrs, demi chef - chef de partie salary £ 7.21 per hrs to £ 7.50 hrs, CDP: from £ 7.50 to £ 8.00 per hrs.
Relocation assistance: assistance for administration (banking account, national Insurance number ecc.) free accommodation for the first 2/3 weeks and help to find a permanent accommodation, meals included while on duty, uniform provided.
