International Cards
C.T.S. card

With this card you will be able to enjoy all the advantages
for the CTS members (transports, stays and travels at special
prices, publications, the International Student Card and the
Youth card issued free of charge, a 20% price reduction on
the purchase of the hostel card). Everybody can join, without
age limits. The card has annual validity and costs 28 euro
postal expenses included.
With the CTS card you are given also:
- the 'Young under 26 card'
- the 'ISIC Card' (International Student Card)
- the 'CTS Mastercard' - a credit card for members (free)
- the 'CTS PhoneCard', an international telephone credit
card with reduced rates (just for members in possession
of a credit card)
- the 'CTS Euro PhoneCard', a prepaid telephone card rechargeable
in Euro
- the 'Europe Assistance' assistance while travelling
- the AGIS Card.
ISIC Card
(International Student Card)

It is issued by the ISIC Association, through its agents and
is the only document recognized at an international level
proving the student status which allows to have access to
a great amount of services: special rates for airplanes, trains,
bus and ships, reduced entrances in museums, art galleries,
special reductions for hotels, boarding houses, hostels, discounted
tickets for sports and show events in all the Countries of
the world. It has the validity of a year (from January to
December).
CTS members receive it free of charge, otherwise it costs
10,00 Euro. In order to obtain the student card it is necessary
to present a photography and a document that proves the student
status.
The ISIC EMERGENCY HELP LINE (tel. +44208762/8110),
a multilingual free telephone service, available 24 hours
out of 24 every day of the year, intended only to the International
Student Card holders, has been activated.

Carta Giovani
(The Youth card)

The yuth card is a personal card aimed to all young people,
not only students, with less than 26 years. It gives right
to have reductions on transports, hotel, tourist services,
museums, restaurants, theatres, and so on for a total of beyond
250.000 agreed points in Italy and Europe (34 European countries),
listed in a special guide. It is available in the offices
of the CTS and in some Youth centres. It is valid a year and
costs 11 euro, but if you are CTS member you can receive it
free of charge on the registration day.

A.I.G. Card
(Italian Youth Hostels Association)

It is the document that allows the access to all the Italian
and foreign youth hostels of the International Youth Hostel
Federation. There are no age limits (people out of age
must present an authorization written by their parents).
Besides the Individual Ticket you can find:
- the Leader Ticket for those who accompany in hostel
young people groups (min. 10, max. 24 for trips abroad, minimum
4 people for trips in Italy) belonging to Associations, school
groups and so on...
This ticket is valid 30 days for journeys in Italy and 60
days for journeys abroad and for the issue it is necessary
the photocopy of the group leader's identity card and two
copies of the list of the group members, indicating name,
last name and date of birth, written down on special forms.
- the Family Ticket is issued and used only by families
with an out of age son at least, in order to have it you have
to present a family state certificate or autocertification
declaration.
All cards have the validity of 14 months and cost 17 euro the individual
ticket (13 euro for under 21 years, 9 euro for under 18 years), 20 euro the ticket for groups, 18
euro the family ticket.
After september the 1st the price for the Family Ticket and the Individual Ticket is reduced to 9 euro (6 euro for under 18 years), while the Leader Ticket's
price remains the same. Foreign people in possession of a IYHF card,
according to international norms, cannot avail of Italian hostels.
A.I.G. Card is issued by the Regional and Provincial A.I.G. Committees,
by youth centres and by C.T.S. Foreign people without a valid residence
permit for 12 months can make the single ticket in some membership
centres and cost 18 euro.

Club card aimed to young people from 6 to 14 years and for

Camping
Card International

The Camping Card of Federcampeggio is a document of presentation
of the camper member (recognized also in most of the European
Nations), together with an assurance contracted with the Lloyds
of London against the civil responsability for damages caused
to thirds party. The Camping Card International is required
in order to have access also to foreign campings where, sometimes,
it replaces the passport.
