L'INFORMAGIOVANI

Information young people want is not those given by tourist offices. "Where can I go and dance tonight?""Can I find a summer job in Turin?" " How can I do voluntary jobs abroad?" " What facilities are there for someone who wants to practice a sport?" The InformaGiovani centre, a service of the Political Youth Sector of the city of Turin, is there to answer these and other questions. There they give young people a hand and some advice of moving among the several opportunities which are offered.

At the InformaGiovani you can get advice for your studies, information on a holiday, help to find a job, to do voluntary activities, to work abroad. There you can also freely surf the internet, have a look at advising reports, guide books, books, magazines and newspapers. The InformaGiovani organises meetings on specific subjects; informative aperitifs, web education laboratories; it offers mediation services to foreign people and individual consulting on specific subjects. It moves around the city on a touring bus "Infogiro". The Centre has also a community on the web site www.digi.to.it and a social network www.80giovani.it addressed to the young people around the world.
