Lartista irlandese, che vive in Francia, ha costruito una specie di modellino in scala di tale bunker in modo da combinare diversi frammenti dai film di Fritz Lang, Godard e Van Peebles, e documentari taiwanesi, insieme a colonne sonore di musica aborigena proveniente da tutto il mondo (deedelies), letture come Spirit Level di Seamus Heaney e unintervista a Carl Jung. Il tutto registrato su quattro CD e suonato attraverso 16 altoparlanti rossi che punteggiano la facciata grigia del bunker.

His piece refers to the Island of Kinmen, a strategic location between Taiwan and the continent, which has been turned into a monument. It is also the site chosen by the Taiwanese authorities to fight their propaganda war with Mainland China, having installed a bunker with loudspeakers that blast music and slogans towards the continent. Yet the messages can barely be heard across the Taiwan Strait except by lone seafarers brave enough to venture into these highly militarised waters or pilgrims to the Nationalist shrine. This Irish artist living in France, has built what looks like a scale model of such a bunker, in order to combine various fragments from films by Fritz Lang, Godard and Van Peebles, Taiwanese documentaries with audio-tracks featuring aboriginal music from around the world (deedelies), along with readings from Seamus Heaney's "Spirit Level", and a Carl Jung interview. These have been recorded on four CDs and will be played through 16 red loudspeakers dotted over the grey bunker's façade.
