Uno spettacolo che nasce dall’incontro tra due giovani compagnie, la ligure Kronoteatro e il gruppo torinese Maniaci d’Amore, tra le più attive della scena indipendente italiana. Diverse tra loro, ma accomunate da uno sguardo impietoso sul reale, le due realtà teatrali hanno creato La Fabbrica degli Stronzi. Titolo che non passa indifferente, ovviamente, per una storia che porta lo spettatore in un mondo isterico e meschino, fatto esclusivamente di vittime. Un mondo dove la colpa di ogni sofferenza, frustrazione e sventura è sempre attribuita a qualcun altro: e se un responsabile non c’è, lo si inventa.
Con livido umorismo e qualche baluginio di tenerezza, lo spettacolo indaga attraverso tre quadri “la coppia, la famiglia e il gruppo” il gusto tutto contemporaneo di riconoscersi non in chi agisce, ma in chi subisce, ovvero la gara popolare a chi brucia di più nell’inferno che sono gli altri. Ecco quello che potrebbe essere definito il “paradigma vittimario”, così radicato oggi nella psicanalisi, nei media, nella famiglia, nel nostro modo di abitare il mondo.
Quattro attori (Tommaso Bianco, Francesco d’Amore, Luciana Maniaci e Maurizio Sguotti) affrontano un turn over di personaggi, danno vita a uomini e donne infelici, arrabbiati, che non sanno dare un nome alla loro frustrazione. Chiamano dunque in causa le madri, i padri, i fidanzati. Ma anche i dirimpettai, i colleghi, i vicini di sedile sui tram, i padroni di cani che non raccolgono mai le feci. L’universo evidentemente congiura per rendere amara la loro vita. A tenerli in piedi c’è il loro stesso sentimento di essere stati danneggiati e offesi. Lo stile sospeso, surreale, dei Maniaci d’Amore si sposa così, con quello abrasivo, amaro, di Kronoteatro, in un lavoro originale che segna un capitolo interessante della nuova scena teatrale italiana.
A show that was born from the encounter between two young companies, the Ligurian Kronoteatro and the Turin group Maniaci d’Amore, among the most active on the Italian independent scene. Different from each other, but united by a merciless gaze on reality, the two theatrical realities have created La Fabbrica degli Stronzi. Title that does not pass indifferent, obviously, for a story that takes the viewer into a hysterical and petty world, made up exclusively of victims. A world where the blame for all suffering, frustration and misfortune is always attributed to someone else: and if there is no one responsible, it is invented.
With lurid humor and some glimmers of tenderness, the show investigates through three frameworks “the couple, the family and the group” the entirely contemporary taste of recognizing oneself not in those who act, but in those who suffer, or rather the popular competition to see who burns the most in the hell that are the others. Here is what could be defined as the “victim paradigm”, so rooted today in psychoanalysis, in the media, in the family, in our way of inhabiting the world.
Four actors (Tommaso Bianco, Francesco d’Amore, Luciana Maniaci and Maurizio Sguotti) face a turn over of characters, giving life to unhappy, angry men and women who cannot name their frustration. So they call into question mothers, fathers, boyfriends. But also the neighbors across the street, colleagues, seat neighbors on trams, dog owners who never pick up feces. The universe evidently conspires to make their lives bitter. What keeps them going is their own feeling of having been harmed and offended. The suspended, surreal style of Maniaci d’Amore thus marries with the abrasive, bitter one of Kronoteatro, in an original work that marks an interesting chapter in the new Italian theater scene.
