The integration agreementThe agreement is a tool to facilitate the integration of the foreign. With the conclusion of the agreement, the foreigner is committed to achieving specific objectives of integration that must be achieved during the period of validity of residence permit: acquire an adequate knowledge of Italian language; acquire an adequate knowledge and civic culture; ensure the fulfillment of compulsory education of minor children. Clarifications on the reuniting of family membersProvided by the Ministry of the Interior, Department of civil liberty and immigration, with
two circulars dated 17 February. The
first circular regards compulsory health insurance for the reuniting of family members over the age of 65.
The second, on the other hand, concerns applications for family members who, following expulsion, are registered in the SIS and must therefore be cancelled from the system before being able to obtain approval. [
