Form Monday 16 June 2008, new desks will be open at the council registry office in Via Carrera 81 (District 4).
The trial will run until December 2008.
The desks can be divided into: ordinary cases and quick cases (with two separate queues/ticket machines). These will be joined by two new desks: immigration cases and cases by booking.
The “by booking” desk is available, by appointment only, from 8.30-12.30 and from 14.00-16.00 (Friday 8.30-14.00).
