Exemption from payment of ICIDecree Law. 93/2008 has been published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Official Gazette - issue 124 dated 28/5/08), envisaging, as of 16 June, exemption from payment of ICI (Municipal property tax) for property used as the owner’s principle residence, as recorded in the Municipal registers, and related appurtenances, restricted to a single garage or parking space in category C6. The short stay-new regulation proceduresThe Minister for the Interior Amato has signed the ministerial decree containing the new short stay regulation procedures.
