Lost or stolen documents

Passports

First you must file a report at "Carabinieri" or " Polizia" station. Both have offices at Porta Nuova station (websites: Carabinieri and Questura di Torino).
Otherwise, you can go to one of the following central police stations:

Then go to your consultate in Italy.

Traveller's cheques
Remember you keep your cheques and the receipt for them SEPARATE.
Before filling the report as above call the toll free number given by your bank.

Credit cards

Cardholders have to report their cards lost/stolen to the issuing company, then file a police report.
